Every conversation, document, dataset, and engagement detail shared with infraTerra is treated as confidential from the moment it is received and remains so in perpetuity. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessed only by engagement personnel, and stored on US-based infrastructure.
We do not name clients in marketing, social posts, case studies, conference talks, podcasts, or proposals unless you give us explicit written permission. Anonymized references to engagements may appear in our research, but only when no combination of details could identify your organization.
Our published research is built from public records, licensed datasets, and primary field experience accumulated over two decades in the industry. Anything you share privately during an engagement is never woven into our work in a way that could identify your agency or firm, even when the underlying insight is broadly relevant.
infraTerra accepts no commissions, referral fees, or revenue shares from vendors, contractors, or technology providers. Our work, whether public research or paid engagement, is paid for by clients and aligned to clients alone, never by parties selling into the systems we analyze.
We only collect and retain what we need to deliver the engagement, nothing more. We do not aggregate, sell, or syndicate client data, and we do not use your information to train systems, whether developed by infraTerra or by any third party. Client materials are secured and deleted upon request.
If we discover a conflict between engagements, or a commercial relationship that could create a real or perceived conflict with your interests, we disclose it in writing and give you the choice of how to proceed before any work continues. Our independence is preserved through transparency.
